RESURRECTION STORY EGGS
These were quite popular several years ago.  Buy a dozen plastic egg.  Fill them with a piece of paper that has the scriptures that tell the Easter story, one per egg. Put the bits and pieces of the Easter story (small nails, a small wooden cross made from toothpicks, 4 dimes for the pieces of silver, you get the idea) and sit your children down and have them open the eggs and tell the Easter Story.  The last egg is empty, just like the tomb.  That wasn't good enough for my mother.  She was quite a good artist, so her eggs go painted with the story too.  Tear drops, a crown of thorns, flowers, each egg got painted to match the story.  Wonderful job, wonderful way to teach.  Wonderful member of my collection.
