The Colorado Renaissance Festival in Larkspur, Colorado has many amazing sights and shows. We've enjoyed it for several years. We bought this the 2nd year we went. Wish I could remember when that was. The play of the light on the amethyst crystals inside are quite beautiful. They have something like a guillotine to cut it apart for you. You have to pick yours from a basket of what just looks like stones, but oh what's inside. Would love to go Geode hunting at least once in my life.
